¿Cuál es la diferencia entre yo no supe entregarle ni la mitad del corazon y yo no supe como entregarle ni la mitad del corazon ?Puedes dar oraciones como ejemplo.

In the first sentence you are saying that gave her half of your heart, but in the second sentence you are saying that you didn't even know how to give her half of your heart

In the first one, "yo no supe" feels like you are saying "I was not wise enough to (give them even half of the heart), it feels like you are lamenting a mistake you made, by not giving them the heart.

In the second one it means "I didn't know how to give them..." it does sound like a lament but there's also more emphasis in the *how* of the whole thing, like you wanted to but weren't sure of how to do it, while in the first one is like the thought of giving them the heart didn't cross your mind or you outright dismissed it.
