La conjugación de los verbos. A diferencia del inglés y el chino, en el español los verbos tienen muchas conjugaciones, es decir, hay muchos cambios dependiendo del pronombre que se use y también del tiempo [presente, pasado y futuro]. Así que aprender las conjugaciones creo que ayudaría mucho.

I think isn't easy know it, I think everyone learn on different ways , maybe something which it's the best for me it's not for someone else. If the ideal formula exists, it will be great knowing it.
I can advise you just a "tool" with certainty, the web page (or the app) of RAE :
https://dle.rae.es/
It's a dictionary, it don't make magic but it's a reliable source when you already know at least little Spanish.
And other advice , go on step by step , sometimes, some students resist basic grammar and therefore they not understand the difference between two "similar"(for them) sentences.
The flash cards are a "pretty good" tool for some people, maybe they help you.
Finally, the obvious(for learning any languages) advice , consulting a native speaker if you want, this app is a option but unfortunately I have seen some comments (of Spanish speakers) which are not serious or they are made lightly, be careful only.
