As for the whole meaning of the sentence you can think of it like:
"You wouldn't be as perfect as you are even if someone manually created you"
or
"You're so perfect that even if you were to be manually created you wouldn't be as perfect as you're right now"
The main thing that must be confusing you is the expression "mandar a hacer". When a person "manda a hacer" something, they make a request to an expert on that field to create X thing. For example: "mandé a hacer un capó personalizado para mi carro" (I think "capó" is "cofre" in Mexico), this'd mean you went to a mechanic or something like that and asked them to make a custom hood for your car. You could also "mandar a hacer una torta" to a bakery, this one is a very common usage. And the idea is that when you "mandas a hacer" something, you expect the result to be really good, as it's made by someone who is specialized on making that thing. This expression makes the sentence difficult to translate into English without it sounding weird, but hopefully now you understand the meaning behind it.

@Rob40 I'm glad to hear that! By the way, just in case I'll clarify that with "torta" I meant "cake", which is called "pastel" in Mexico. I'm Argentinian and here we call a cake "torta" but a "torta" in Mexico is like a sandwich.

Yes, understood! I am impressed with your English. How long did it take to get to your level? Have you lived in the U.S.?
- Español (México)
@Rob40 I haven't actually studied it, neither did I live in the U.S; but I've been in contact with it thanks to the internet and games since I was a kid. I basically learned by looking up stuff, watching videos of my own interest, learning other skills in English, and so on. Basically it's a combination of immersion and curiosity. Actually, a lot of young people around the world have learned English this way. Since it's such a global language, in the internet you just stumble upon it; in a way, you're almost forced to learn it.

You wouldn't be so perfect even if you were custom created
