This is "the template" only :
Puede ir derecho pero deténgase en la esquina / Ir derecho por todo el camino / Ir derecho por todo el camino a través de la zona escolar / Girar a la derecha / Girar a la izquierda / Detenerse en el semáforo / Pasar al carril derecho.

Now, I don't sure if you want a formal or informal way.
For everything in formal way, you make these changes :
Ir - vaya (don't change in 1st sentence)
Girar - gire
Detenerse - deténgase
Pasar - pase/cambie

For Informal way :
Puede - puedes
Deténgase - detente
Ir - ve (don't change in 1st sentence)
Girar - gira
Pasar - pasa/cambia

*other option for "derecho" is "de frente", they are interchangeable in the template.

Also I advice you to consider that if they are successive instructions then in 2nd and 3rd it's better "continúa /continúe" for informal and formal way respectively. Like this:
1. Puede ir derecho pero deténgase en la esquina
2. Continúe derecho por todo el camino.
3. Continúe derecho por...
4......

Also you can use "Sigue/Siga" instead "continúa /continúe".
