By far, the most common expression for this is to say "but, I digress."
You say it after you've gone off on a tangent, and you're going to steer the conversation back to the original point.
It's often meant to be a little funny or snarky.
"You know, we wouldn't even be in this situation if you guys just listened to me once and a while. But, I digress."

@Lee_D237 Yes, that's correct. To digress is to start talking about something other than the original point. So, when you say, "I digress" at the end of a statement, you are admitting that you did that. You're saying, "Sorry, guys, I got off track." If you meant it earnestly.
Or, if you meant it to be snark, it would be like saying - "I know that wasn't what we were talking about, but I felt compelled to mention it anyway!" Because what you were saying in your tangent was something bothers you, or "we all know what the REAL truth is", etc.
But, I digress.
