Sentirse means you feel something inside you (feelings, emotions)

Me siento feliz "I feel happy"

Sentir means touching and feel the outside world also perception

Siento dolor "I feel pain"

No me siento bien hoy "I feel sad or upset"
No siento bien hoy "I'm numb, I can't feel any stimulus"

Thank you, @ArmondoPS, this is a very helpful distinction! So, to clarify, I would use "me siento" to describe my internal emotions/feelings, and "siento" for external sensations (like feel rain or wind on my face etc.?
