"Tú no ere' bebecita
Tú ere' bebesota"

Él utiliza esas palabras en sentido figurado, él dice que ella no sólo causa atracción (sexual) sino mucha atracción.
The song use very informal vocabulary, like 'bebesota', this is not(for me) exactly slang but maybe it's a word less common for says something like "a woman of really wonderful body".

Literally it’s
Me porto bonito= “i behave pretty” but he wanna means “i behave well”

Bebecita= diminutive of baby

Bebesota= augmentative of baby

Both are used as compliment but in this case its similar like the difference with a princess and queen.. its just a example
