Esposo = Husband
Marido = Groom

Mujer = Bride/Woman

During a wedding the priest is always going to say "Los declaro marido y mujer", never "esposo y esposa", that's the only case I can think of when those words are used instead of their equivalents, apart from that it's mostly common to say "esposo" or "esposa" to your partner, but that depends on the speaker's preference, some people especially from Spain prefer to call her husbands "Marido".
"Mujer" as bride only works in the context of a wedding, it'd be really weird if someone's calls his wife "Mujer" for the same reason that it also means woman.
