¿Cómo dices esto en Inglés (US)? what is the correct form to say "más o menos " but in English . I listened that say "more less", "Pretty much" and " so so", please can you tell me what is the correct or if you know other form

"more OR less". "pretty much" generally means the same thing.
Did you pass your exam?
More or less. I got 50.5%.
Pretty much. I got 50.5%.

"so so" is more of an opinion than a measurement.
How was the exam?
So so. I think I passed.

All Together Now:
How was your trip to Mexico?
So so. It was fun but it rained the whole time.
Did you spend all your money?
More or less. I had $10 left when I got home.
Did your girlfriend enjoy the trip?
Pretty much. She got sick one day but other than that she had fun.

You can NOT say:
"Did your friend enjoy the trip?"
"So so".
does NOT work.

Similarly, "How was the trip?"
"More or less"
doesn't work.
With "more or less" and "pretty much" you have to refer back to a specific feeling in the question.

I hope that makes sense.
