¿Esto suena natural? The supreme court got the spirit of the constitution all wrong last week when they judged the current "the same name for couples law" constitutional. It may be true that there are still relatively few women who want to keep their old names after marriage. However, this does not mean minority's freedom of choice can be neglected. On the contrary, since the legislature tends to work according to the principle of majority rule, the constitution has to be the last stronghold to protect such right.
