Because the Native Americans of Mexico were very short and well you know how genetics work. Recently there are more tall people because of European Genes from I don't know where. But all American countries are conformed of immigrants from all over the world.

mexicans short; it all depends on the genes. However, the mayority of us aren't as tall as you because of our ancestors, but i should say there have been taller people on new generations.

Not all, the average is small or short perhaps, but in northern states, we are tall too. For example, I'm 1.80

Because the natives of the land were short plus Spanish people (who were the ones that conquered most of latin america) are also short. Mexicans are descendants of those natives and Spanish people, of course they would be short.

I'm 1,70 and I'm considered of medium stature. For you to say that ALL Mexicans are short is quite ignorant from your part since there are 120 million people living in Mexico and not all are short. My cousin is Mexican and he is 1,92 and my aunt is 1,77 which is quite tall for a woman anywhere in the world. Please don't generalize and don't assume based off on stereotypes.
