¿Esto suena natural? About a tax document : I would like you to change this to more natural English please. I will send this letter to IRS (American tax office) from my company in Japan.

Hello,
My company got a letter from IRS about the tax payment of my company's EIN. The letter has no error in my name and address which we resisted.
IRS said “- - - you must file Form No.xxxx - - -”.
I think, my company doesn’t need to file it because my company got EIN to receive book royalties from American companies such as Amazon, Google and so on.
My company also take “Convention between Japan and USA for the avoidance of double taxation”.
If this is my misunderstanding, let me know, please.
Best regards,

You may want to consult a tax professional to be sure, but here is what I would try:
Hello,
My company received a letter from the IRS regarding a payment for my company's EIN. [The letter has no errors in my name or address - not sure if this is what you mean to say].
The IRS said we must file form xxxx.
I believe we are not required to file this form since we acquired the EIN in order to book royalties from American companies such as Amazon, Google, etc.
My company also takes the "convention between Japan and the USA for the avoidance of double taxation" into account.
Best Regards,

Use “the IRS” instead of just “IRS.” What do you mean by “which we resisted”? “my company got EIN” should be “my company got its EIN”. For the double taxation thing maybe you can say: The “Convention between Japan and USA for the avoidance of double taxation” also applies to my company.

Hi, heatherniel. I am happy to get the corrected sentences from you.
When I received the letter from the IRS, they wanted me to check if my name and address are correct or not.
So. I want to say no-problem.
How should I say about it?
Thank you for your kindness.

@dorome If they were correct, you can say "My name and address are correct as written."
If they were incorrect (and you included a correction), you can say "My name and address have been corrected for you."
