For the first two, there's not much of a difference. Americans will understand exactly what you mean. The third one is incorrect and doesn't make sense. I would only use the first two.

The difference between "a" and "the" is, "the" is known (implied) by both speakers and "a" is not. If a cup of coffee already exists, then use "the".
Also, first 2 are the same
