I guess you could say it's the poutine but it's fast food (french fries with cheese and brown greasy sauce) I don't think they eat it that much in Canada, it's mostly in Québec (a French speaking region in Canada) I don't think we have a particular dish everybody eat in Canada

Canada is very diverse so there isn't really a specific dish everyone eats as it changes depending on ethnicity, race, and culture

I agree with @eddiesantana. There are many different cultures here, and most people like to try different things. So, Japanese food (sushi), Indian (butter chicken, samosas, chicken korma), Arabic (shwarma, baklava), Mexican (burritoes, tacos), Italian (pasta and spagetti etc.
However, sometimes food is considered Canadian because it's made in Canada like poutine, nanaimo bars and beaver tails. Also, people here sometimes seem to consider mac-and-cheese (macaroni and cheese) a basic staple of Canadian food. As a Canadian myself, I find mac-and-cheese kind of bland. :(
