"I'm not sure of my schedule this week" sounds very natural
"I'm not sure of my schedule next week" also sounds natural
"I'm not sure of my schedule the week after next" is OK, but doesn't sound as natural.
All of them sound OK with "for". It's not necessary.

"I'm not sure of my schedule the week after next" is OK, but doesn't sound as natural.
