好きだよ/好きですよ may sound more natural as an response as in being asked if you like it.

The biggest difference
好きです and 好きだよ is one is polite and the other is more informal.
好きです can be said to anyone or about any situation.

Where 好きだよ has an informal feeling. So you're saying it to a family member or friend. So the context is you're telling someone you like them or you can be talking about a past experience
