Poco natural
That's not really how to use "speechless". The most natural phrase would probably be "an utterly breathtaking view", though that's not quite a translation of what you wrote.
You might also say "What a view. I'm utterly speechless."

Nada natural
If you want to use "utterly speechless", you could say that this is a "view that left you utterly speechless".
Otherwise, "breathtaking view" is the most common and natural expression.

In this context, does the expression "speechless view " sound natural? Or still unnatural? 😄

"Speechless view" is generally always unnatural, since a "view" does not speak and cannot be "speechless". So normally, "speechless view" doesn't make sense.
But the picture you linked to could be described as breathtaking! (This means that the view made YOU speechless and "took your breath away", as the expression goes.)
"The sky and stars that evening {were breathtaking}/{took my breath away}."
"The sky and the stars that evening {had}/{made} me speechless."

Yeah, "speechless view" just sounds wrong to me. Maybe it's an Americanism? Googling it gets me about 20,000 hits, mostly onTripAdvisor or Facebook.
Comparatively, "breathtaking view" gets 3,600,000 results. =)

That's interesting, belthazar! I speak "Canadian" English, so it may be an American English expression that I've never heard before..
(Though in any case, "speechless view" is uncommon.)
