They all mean "I love you."
Saranghae is more informal. You could say it to a friend or younger sister/anyone who's close to you.
Saranghaeyo is more formal. You can say it to a close older person/a co-worker, etc.
Saranghamnida is the most formal. You can say it to an elder person/someone whom you're confessing your feelings for the first time. Its the ultimate respectful way to say it. It would be weird if you said saranghamnida to a younger person/close person though.

They are the levels of politeness(different formality levels)
saranghanda is formal non-polite, informal(impolite used to the same age(friend), the children
(high formality / low politeness)
saranghae is informal or casual used to the same age(friend), someone younger than you, the children, lover, wife & husband
(low formality / low politeness)
saranghaeyo is informal (but still) polite used to olders, lover, wife & husband, parents
(low formality / high politeness)
saranghamnida is polite(more formal) used to elders, boss, army, wife & husband, everyone
(high formality / high politeness)
formality: formal / casual
politeness: polite / rude

saranghae is in close relationship or similar age. Sarsnghaeyo is Saranghae + yo. At the end of the word + yo means to show politeness. saranghamnida is kinda formal and usually used in formal situations like wedding ceremonies or propse.
