"What will you be reminded of when we talk about the book?"
Although I'm not sure people usually say this(:

@saranghaehxe: Are there other more natural sentences that can also express this meaning?
- Inglés (US)
If it's in your p.o.v it could maybe be
"I was reminded of past experiences while talking about this book."
But then again that could be considered 'formal' because of the way its written and said you could also maybe say "Talking about this book reminded me of my past experiences."
I hope I didn't confuse you!!

@saranghaehxe: thank you very much!! It's very clear to me:P

"When we talk about this book, what are you reminded of?" is a more natural way of phrasing it but it is also more formal.
