"I want to go there" is more formal.
"I wanna go there" is more informal, something that you would say to friends.
Wanna = want to
"I want to go to Japan" (formal)
"I wanna go to Europe" (informal)
They are essentially the same, just use them at different times.

同じです! 'wanna' is just a casual slang/lazy way of saying 'want to'.
