Well that's an idiom isn't it? so, it's going to be hard to come up with something perfectly equivalent in Spanish.

As I undrestand it, hindsight is the understanding of a past event, and being 20/20 means, when we look back at things in the past, mistakes and circumstances back then are more evident and clear now. Am I right?

If that's the case, I know of an idiom that conveys the same feeling: "después de la batalla todos somos generales". (After the battle, we're all generals). But I'm not sure how well known that idiom is.

Maybe you can just paraphrase: "en restrospectiva las cosas son más claras/obvias"
