when someone is speaking to me in spanish sometimes i dont know what to say to show im listening or understand what is being said . i want to say things like "oh ok" "nice" "right thats for sure" "cool ", "woooow!" . what expressions do you use during conversations to show that you are interested in what they are saying?

"Ok", "sí, "está bien", "bueno", "ya".
And there's a sound but I don't know how to explain it: "mmhmm"(usually accompanied by a nod). If you talk to mexican people sooner or later you will hear it but you need to pay atention.
