-I think- All remedies are drugs, but not all drugs are remedies. There are many drugs that are illegal on most countries, and most of them are bad for your organism. Remedies are also drugs, but they usually are licit, and have some good uses, as make you healthier, or recover from something, etc. I think that this question would be better answered by a pharmacist.

Both of them are different names for medicine.
Examples:
"Here's a facial remedy that you can use."
"I've got some drugs that you can use in the cabinets."

Drugs can also refer to illegal drugs, so it might be better to use the word "medicine" when referring to legal medication. A drug usually comes from a doctor, and is in a pill.
Example: Todd's head hurts. He could take some pain drugs to help the pain, or try his mother's remedy of hot water and honey.
