英語の聞き取りに関して、全然失礼じゃないです。「きよら」は英語のネイティブじゃないから、話している人はそれを全くわかりますよ。
「ごめんなさい、言ったことがわかりません」と言えば、日本人の返事は何ですか。英語ってそれは同じ考えと思います。
