Shiru nashi means soupless.
Tantan men is Szechuan style sesame hot noodles ( Dandan noodles ).

They says "soupless" , but actually very thick pasted sesame and chili oil are on the bottom of the bowl.
Some shops serve soy sauce type instead of sesame.

Before eat, mix it very well.
And you can add some spices such Szechuan peppers, red chili peppers and chili oil.
I recommend ordering soft-boiled egg that makes it mild.
This combination is the best !!
