Q1: How do I call my cousin's son? My nephew or my first cousin once removed?
Q2: How do you differentiate between different "cousin"s, for example, male or female, younger or older, on your mother or father's side? Just by your knowledge or context? I ask this question because in Chinese we have specific words for all of them, which I find hard to translate into English.
Thank you for answering my questions.

1. Your first cousin once removed. If it's your second cousin's son, it's your second cousin once removed.
2. You have to look at context. In Vietnamese, we also have a lot of words for different kinds of cousins, but in English, it's just "cousin". However, you can make it more specific by saying "baby cousin", "younger cousin", "older cousin".
