I don't know how to describe my problem, but I just feel my oral English is hard to speak it out. Once talking in English, I will feel nervous immediately, and my job is usually related with English. So sometimes I have feeling of inferiority. I think I have to learning harder or have trainning courses.
Here is have many people with the same situation.

I often feel the same with Chinese. This happens when I am trying to talk and think at the same time...
I've found the materials at Glossika.com very helpful, which let me mimic native speakers.
Another thing that helps me is to just mimic the speech when I'm watching Chinese movies, podcasts, stuff on YouTube, whatever. I don't worry about comprehension, I just mimic the sounds at full speed.
Both of these techniques help me a lot.

Same here. My spoken English is not very good, sometimes feel nervous to express my feelings. However, what we need to do is to keep trying and practicing.
