Could anyone please answer my question?
The other day, a British man told me something.
This was the first time to talk with him, but he suddenly said 'any way how are you.'
I know 'how are you,' but I don't know 'any way how are you.'
What's the difference these two?

none, "anyway" is only an expression to follow up a topic in a conversation, for example:
"The weather sucks today"
"Yeah, the forecast said it would be sunny, but it isn't"
"Anyway, did you finish the work Anne gave you?"

"Anyway" was used as a pause, a way to change the direction of the conversation.

it is mostly used to switch to a new topic or the previous topic after having drifted into a completely different conversation from the beginning

Thank you so much for the detailed explanation! I clearly understand!!!
Actually, the British man said 'any way' means 'in any way.' That's why his explanation made me really confused.
