Does anyone know how anxiety disorders work? is there any treatment or a cure?

I am not an expert, but maybe these suggestions will be helpfull..
-go vacation or go to relaxing place or meet a good friends and playing with them.
-join community/seminar about inspiration/life/successfull person topic
-never pressure any topic or into things
-speak with kindness intonation, bring the comedy/jokes/joy that he likes.
-tell him, don't think too much or into details or future. More details/future/deeper thinking usually get everyone start anxiety.
-counting from 1 to 20 slowly and reapeatly until he is abit relax.
-tell him no need to worried/think negatively. I mean your family should support him in positive words/sentences/show everytime he need it, make him relax.
-doing positive activity/hobbies together, this is good for distraction any thought.
-never leave him alone in closed room/dark area/dark open area/smell area or not(maybe he start anxiety when he is alone or not)
-smell his favorite perfume for relaxing.
-I don't recommend to treat him as a patient, because that's make him go away/thinking more deeper.
-control the foods n water/nutrition. Sometimes food like fastfood/junk food/instant drink(like soda)/too much sugar/salt in your body, change your moods/hormon of the day.
-do gym like running or walking or bycycling in open green area.
-start to talk more often with him. I mean 'talk', not 'typing' on the phone/computer/any device, if you think he needs alot of social-interaction bonding time. Some people I know, start to feel deeper anxiety because of lack social interaction with other people/friends. They really need 'meet, greet, and talk'.
-you need to know he is an intovert(individual) or social(extrovert) person
-I don't recommend to take any pill/medicine until the doctor recommend it
-talking experience/hobbies/the other good topics with a good psychologist. Some psychologists know the best how to talk properly with this anxiety man rather than other person. If you have a psycologist friend just talk to them not as patient, but as a friend.
-praying to God and read holybook according to his faith.
-and everyone need a time.
Some people have different ways, I think it is not easy to be cured, but at least it can be reduced.

You can go to the psychologist and hear relaxation music like Chopin and Mozart

@PolyglotProjectArg ok thanks for the help... the problem is that he doesn't like to go see the therapist it makes him feel "weak and crazy" me and my sister really have to force him to aleast take his pill for anxiety and bipolar. But I think music would be a great idea.

Anxiety disorders is when someone get into a situation that they are not able to handle it. As a muslim, I've got a faith that God is always be with me, so no matter how big the problems are, I believe that everything is going to run well, because God will help me out anyway.
So I guess that faith is way much better to cure my own anxiety over go to psychologist (even I was a psychologist student).

when I say I'm Muslim it doesn't mean that Im studying the religion... my dad left me, my sister and my mother... I've never read Quran but still I'm curious to know what the religion is about
