@cheechay85 If you mean changing lanes a lot in order to get through traffic, then that is called 'weaving in and out of traffic' or 'weaving through traffic' or 'lane hopping'. If you mean driving to the other side of the road, where the traffic from the other direction would be, then that would be 'swerving all over the road' if they did it continuously. If they moved to the other side because they weren't paying attention, but only once before they realised and stopped then that would be 'drifted into oncoming traffic'.
