I would say "She is good at getting along with classmates" or "She gets along with classmates very easily" :)

She has the ability (good isn't really needed, could replace with 'nice' however) of getting along well with classmates.
She is capable OF getting along well with classmates
---The second is shorter and works the same, which is much prefered :)
