There's nothing wrong with what you said, but a Native English speaker might say 'you could become stronger'.

I agree with @emilykate229: A more natural sounding sentence would be 'you can become stronger' or 'you become fitter'. But we would still definitely know what you mean!

it would be better to use 'will' instead of 'can'. Using 'will' shows an cause and effect. Using 'can' implies that there is improbability... a maybe.
