no, "love" is good here. "loved" makes it sound like she used to love bad boys but she doesnt anymore.

если это не изменилось, то есть она до сих пор любит плохих парней, то можно love. если уже не любит, то loved

@Miboku так сказать будет неправильно. в этом случае используйте perfect.например she has liked Moscow since 2015. она любит Москву с 2015 года

@marina_vesper тогда я не улавливаю разницы 'I heard you love' с 'she said she likes'. Почему первое можно сказать, а второе нет.
