Not really. Maybe if you were speaking very casually you could say 'already done.' However it might not make sense to say it because it is so casual. You'd normally say 'I've already (done it )' or 'Yes, I did that already' ... I think Americans use 'already done' more often then English people... So I guess it depends also on whom you're speaking with.

@vinhdinhng no, that wouldn't mean anything. You could answer a question like "Have you finished the report?" With "It's already done." but that would sound like you're annoyed with whoever asked you.
