¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Can I get some water? y Can I get a cup of (a glass of)
water? ?Puedes dar oraciones como ejemplo.

I think that in the first one it means you ask water in a manner that the water you want to have is either water in a bottle or water in a glass but in the second one you ask specifically what you need hahaha ^^

@japaaan The difference is the amount that the person may give(?)

Can I get some water is like, you didn't specify the amount of water that you want, so the person will give the water to you as much as he/she wants to give to you.

While, 'Can I get a glass of water' is that, you already specified how much water do you want.

but can i get a cup of water You are determined to want to drink in a cup
