"Make time" and "find the time" are the same, but "find the time" is more often used when you can't, and "make time" when you can or you're asking someone else to.

Set aside time is used when you do something at the same time on a regular basis.

@Bigslug333 @freehopper Thank you for good example sentences. My guess is , after I read them, 'find the time' can be used to describe a situation when someone really wants to do a thing but is busy doing other things. Did I take it right?

@freehopper To make sure if I understand, is it okay to say, "I can't find the time to study Japanese, so I want to set some time aside for it after I get this work done.
