Although I have always been a loyal client of your company, I was very upset about your mismanagement and neglect this time. I have upgraded my membership to the supreme class and paid 300 dollars for annual membership fee to ensure that I can get the best service, but the service you promised to offer was way more lower than my expectation. To be more specific, it was totally awful. Punctuality was the top priority of all transporting service, but you failed to meet this basic need.
Since it was your fault to all these issues and unpleasure, I urge you to not only compensate all my financial loss, which includes the train ticket fee, but also write an explanation letter to me. Otherwise, I would consider about taking legal actions to fulfill my rights.
