It's natural but I think this is even more common: "You will be able to speak Japanese some day!"
「some day」を使ったから、「in the future」はもう言外(implied?)です。

"You'll be able to speak Japanese before long." or "You'll be able to speak Japanese soon." are some other possibilities.
