there is an apple here- location of the object.
here is an apple- what the object is

where is there an apple? there is an apple here.

(you are giving me an apple) here is an apple.

First sentence = ここにりんごがある。

The second sentence can mean you are giving someone an apple. "Here" is sometimes something like, "You can take this if you want it."

Hii dear difference between here n there is HERE---- is used to indicate closer object eg. Here is mi pen.(2) THERE is used when objects r at a lil bit distance eg mi friends r standing there .
