"Win a medal"をよく使います。 "Earn a medal"もいいです。
We usually use "win a medal", though "earn a medal" is also fine.
"Take a medal"はメダルを取る、"Get a medal"はちょっとスラングですから。
"Take a medal" is literally taking a medal, while "get a medal" is very casual and informal.
