Exclusive: no one else has it.
Limited: there are only a certain number of them.
So, if some new Adidas shoes were only being sold in one store in Tokyo, and nowhere else, they would be exclusive.
And if Adidas only made 300 pairs of them, they would be limited.

@atea or, if they were sold in lots of stores, but only in Japan, you could say they were exclusive to Japan, because no other countries would have them. Exclusive doesn't just mean "only one store"! It can be exclusive to a country, or region, or anything. It just means "not available to everyone" or "not available everywhere".
