You might have better luck posting this in the French section ;)
But anyway, to me it seems a little bit like a pun.
A toi de voir = it's up to you / it's your call
but this is on-demand TV which could include things you want to watch or watch again -> voir / revoir
So, effectively: "It's up to you what you want to watch (again)."
