They can be synonymous in the sense that a person can have "the capacity to do something" or have "the capability to do something". In that example, they both refer to the degree to which a person can do something.
Capacity also refers to volume in regards to how much can be held. For example:
The cup is very large; it has a large capacity to hold water.

Thanks for the answer. So, when I wanna express the meaning of having talent or being able to do something, do they have any differences?
- Inglés (US)
Let's say you are describing a friend who is talented at piano. You could use the following to convey that idea:
(Capacity)
"My friend has the capacity to play piano very well"
(Capability)
"My friend has the capability to play piano very well"
Or
"My friend is very capable at playing the piano"
The first two examples simply express that your friend CAN play piano. The last example expresses HOW MUCH. Talent is qualitative and quantitative so the last example will probably be the most helpful when you want to express having talent.
Sorry for the long answer!
