They are very similar but with a little different nuance.
Wish - shows a desire for something, but it it also shows that it most likely won't happen.
Hope on the other hand only shows that one desires something, or wants something to happen.
Wish is more commonly used for yourself. "I wish I had 1 million yen!" "I wish I could go". When you use wish with another person and the word, it sounds like you are unhappy with them - examples "I wish you would stop doing that" "I wish they wouldn't say things like that"
Hope is more positive. It doesn't express that it might not happen. It is usually used with "can".
Examples: "I hope you can make it", "I hope I get a new game for Christmas"
Does that help?

ほとんど同じ意味だと思いますが、「wish」のほうが非現実的なイメージを持っているかもしれません。

So "I wish I could be there" is the same as "I hope I could be there"
?
Also "I wish you get better soon " is the same as " I hope you get better soon" ?
Could you provide me some example sentences?

"I hope I could be there" isn't used.
The same goes for "I wish you get better soon".
You can say "I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow" and "I wish I could fly", for example.
Also if you say "I wish you'd", for example
"I wish you'd get better soon", it sounds like you are complaining that the person is taking too long to get better.
