I would say
e.g. An Apple Watch is too expensive to buy than a Swatch.
but I believe it's grammatically wrong, or is it okay?

Usually you just use "more" like "An Apple Watch is more expensive than a Swatch."
If you have to use "too", maybe you can say "An Apple Watch is too expensive. A Swatch is cheaper." or "An Apple Watch is too much more expensive than a Swatch."
