You can say:I love ya and then if she thinks you mean it as you actually love her as a gf then just tell her I love ya as my best friend

Just say "I love you" it's normal,
just don't say it romantically
it's all in the tone you say it
like how you'd tell your family members you love them.
if she misunderstands then you say "no homo đ" or just say "as a friend đ"
