You use “isn’t” here. “Does” and “doesnt” is for active verbs, or “to have”. “Is” and “isn’t” describe the state of something.

I’d say “worth” is a comparison word, so it needs a subject. You can say “This painting is worth £1000” but you can’t just say “this painting is worth”.
