might indicates more uncertainty than may. try to avoid using could to express uncertainty. Use could with if to express a condition. don't say things like "it could rain tomorrow", say "it might rain tomorrow".

There isn't really a difference - 'may' is more formal and polite, 'might' is friendlier

there is no real difference, both sentences have the same meaning. might=may may=might. you can say both

It may be possible is a more formal way of saying this, so you would use it when in a meeting for example. I'll give you an example of "it might be possible". "It might be possible to meet him tomorrow". So it depends on certain things, whereas "it could be possible" means that if events or things change then it "might" happen. Does that make sense?
