¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Silly y Goofy y Dumb ?Puedes dar oraciones como ejemplo.

When you use silly, the meaning is like to not acting properly and is often done by the person being silly for a comedic purpose.
When you use goofy you generally mean the person is like a clumsy sort of person.
When you use dumb you are meaning the person or thing doesn't make sense or is stupid.

Well, the difference between these is really subtle and I'm not sure I can rely on a dictionary for something like this, so I'll tell you what I personally think about these words.

Something that's silly is something that makes me laugh.
Something that's goofy is something that is out of the ordinary and may or may not be funny

Dumb is a bit different because when you call a person dumb it means you think that they've done something stupid or that they're not smart. However, when you call objects dumb it means you don't agree with it or you think it's bad it some way. For example if I see an expensive keyboard that has rainbow lights and I say "That keyboard looks really dumb" it means that I personally dislike it for some reason.

@OKUMALC50 Yeah I agree with this actually aside from the goofy meaning. Goofy often implies the person is silly by nature. For example, if someone was known for tripping over a lot they would be goofy.
