There are two ways to pronounce ‘The’
The way with a stronger ‘E’ sound is the first one. You use this one when the first letter of the next word is a vowel. Examples include: A, I, E, O, and U.
The way with a stronger ‘U’ sound is the second one. You use this one when the first letter of the next word is not a vowel. Examples include: L, K, N, M, X, Y, B, C, and many more.

@VictorWH actually you’re incorrect to native English speakers she would be perfectly natural actually. And “it it’s a” that’s not correct English and sounds unnatural. In the United States we pronounce both and use both. Only differences when we use them is our accent when we say them. Just like how people who are native English speakers say tomato here two different ways. The is the same.
